at Robson St. Yoga:
A flowing sequence of postures that unites your breath with movement. The roots of this energizing practice are Ashtanga based.
Sequencing includes, sun salutations, standing, balancing, seated and inverted pastures. All levels welcome.
A flowing vinyasa designed to build strength flexibility and core stability. A fluid class that will calm your mind and strengthen your body.
Yoga for stiff People
These classes are a great non-intimidating way to
incorporate yoga into your life. Gentle stretching and introduction to poses,
with an emphasis on alignment.
Hatha yoga classes
relaxed atmosphere,as you increase your flexibility,strengthen and tone your
entire body.We do some sun salutations but is a more of hatha based class.
Great classes for people new to yoga or returning to yoga.
After Work Flow:
After work blast off...wake up your entire body,
reconnect with your spirit and blast away stress. Re-energize
yourself after a long day of work, go home happy and refreshed.
This class is designed to move the spine in all directions in gentle, fully supported poses. Through the use of blankets, bolsters and the wall, etc, we allow the body to actively rest, stimulating the parasympathetic nervous system, bringing balance to mind and body. Suitable for all fitness levels
